My 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐍𝐈𝐀 go-to list.

I used to have repeatedly terrible sleep. I would be awake again and AGAIN.
In the twilight hours leading up to bed time I'd be apprehensive and twitchy, and these feelings in turn degraded my sleep.
That's an obvious feedback loop. A vicious cycle.
𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰.
I eased that cycle by having a 'Nice Insomnia' list. Knowing that I could experience it with less annoyance eased the overall impacts and eventually led to improved sleep and a better mood.
I became better company for myself and others.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰.
I encourage you to make your own.
