The science and psychology is loud and very detailed. This is good. Across a large population there is room for a multitude of theories.
Mirror neurons, mental elasticity, internal state, hormones.. and then the different guidance of what you SHOULD do.
But no one of us should keep seeking salvation from theory alone. We have to put things into practice, and that means trying things consciously, experiencing the feedback and then adjusting. And then going again. And again.
But, Hardeep, who has time for that? I'm too mentally overloaded.
